Sorry for my absence, I spent a large part of June trying to transfer Petite Pepper from Blogger to WordPress, and it was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be….definitely felt like I had no idea what I was doing for about 90% of the time. But I FINALLY got it to wordpress and I LOVE it, it’s got so many great plugins and cool themes, so if you are looking to transfer everything from blogger to wordpress, check this site out, it was so helpful and informative, and best of all was dummy proof!
We celebrated Bridget’s First Birthday in June, I can’t believe I’m a mommy to a toddler now. She is walking all over the place and is getting into so many things.
We’ve been so blessed that she is a happy baby who adapts really well anywhere! We organized a beach volleyball game with coworkers to celebrate the 4th of July and she hung out with my friends while Mr. Pepper and I got to participate in the game. It’s funny how your work friends become such an integral part of your life.
We actually started doing team bonding activities each month at work and in May one of the guys on our team chose beach volleyball, it’s really taken off – so many clinic staff members show up to play and it can get competitive. I’ve never been super competitive therefore, I’m usually the last one chosen, but I have such a great time that I don’t even mind. You save the best for last right?
It’s gotten so that even Mr. Pepper asks, “whens the next volleyball game”. So it seemed fitting to start our 4th of July off with a fun game with friends. Hope everyone had a great 4th of July, I know we sure did and a morning beach volleyball game with friends and family might be a new tradition for the Petite Pepper family!
